Shipping Rates and Policies

Payment Methods:


We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and payments through PayPal. We also accept Postal Money Orders if you order by e-mail, phone or fax. If sending a money order, please note that your order will not be shipped until the funds are released and cleared.



Order Methods:


You may place your order 24 hours a day using our secure on-line shopping cart. If you prefer to order by phone, you may call us at 908-264-5231 between 9am and 6pm Eastern time. You may also e-mail us at Please do not include credit card information in your e-mail. One of our customer service representatives will contact you by phone to complete your order. Finally, you may print the order form and fax it to us at 908-469-7732.



Shipping Policy:


USPS Priority Mail is our preferred method of shipping and charges are calculated in real-time upon checkout on the payment page. However, we may utilize FedEx or UPS Ground at our descretion.


In most instances, orders received before 12 PM EST are processed the same day the order is received and will be shipped within 1-3 business days. However, as all treats are fresh baked upon your order, during busy holidays, shipping times may be increased. All orders are shipped Monday-Friday via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS at our descretion and will be delivered within 2-5 business days of processing.



All dog goody bags are shipped with the contents pictured and listed with the exception of items with a Costume Tag Message Selection (see below).  However, items included in the goody bags are subject to availability.  Should we find it necessary to make a substitution, we will notify you by e-mail.  Any substitution we make will be of equal or greater value.  If for any reason a product is out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail to arrange for a refund or replacement.  We reserve the right to ship multiple items separately.




Costume Tag Message Selection:


All dog goody bags with "AGG" in the item number are pictured with the Costume Tag Message option. The Costume Tag Message adds that extra "oomph" and "wow" facter to your Goodies. The Message is usually printed in a single color.




Return Policy & Guarantee:


We at A Glamour Goody's want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  


Goody Bags: All goody bags are custom designed and assembled within 1-3 business days from your order.  Due to the perishable nature of many of the treats included, we do not accept returns on our dog gift baskets unless products are damaged during shipping.  However, if you are not satisfied for any other reason, we will do everything necessary to correct the situation.




Catalog Requests:


We apologize for any inconvenience, but at this time, we do not offer a printed catalog.  This website constitutes our catalog of products.  If there is anything else we can help you with, please do not hesitate to contact us.




Additional Fees:


UPS Redirect Fee - If a wrong/insufficient address was provided at the time of an order or if your package needs to be redirected for any reason, a redirect fee will be charged to the original credit card used for your order. Please note that these fees are charged to us by UPS - they are NOT A Glamour Goody's fees.

UPS Redirect Fees are as follows:

Ground Redirect $10 

Air Redirect $15 

Intercept Fee $15 



Return Package Fee - A Redirect Fee of $10 plus original shipping cost for return. Per UPS policy, all returned parcels will be returned and billed using the same service as originally shipped. Therefore Next Day Air parcels will be returned Next Day Air. If package is redirected multiple times, a redirect fee each time will be assessed. USPS Redirect Fees - If your package was shipped using USPS and a wrong/insufficient address was provided at the time of order and your package can not be delivered for any reason, the package will be returned to us as “undeliverable”. Should this happen no refunds will be issued.
